After detailed quality inspection of jackets, We dispatch through best available courier service from DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc. depending upon buyer’s location. After dispatch, shipping usually takes 7-10 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep.
We take up to 15-20 working days to ship regular orders. However we dispatch made-to-measure orders within 2-4 weeks and bespoke orders within 8-12 weeks.
We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Israel, India and OFAC Sanctioned Countries. Additional shipment charges may be charged for some countries like Italy, Norway, Brazil, remote areas, etc. We are not responsible for any custom charge/duty asked by customs at your countries. In rare cases this happens and in that case customer will have to deal with these charges themselves. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We do not ship to PO boxes APO/FPO Address. but you need to give us an alternate address where we can ship.
In case of purchase of multiple items, or multiple transactions from the same customers. We usually ship items in one parcel, however, We recommend you to follow up with courier once you are provided the tracking number. Once your order is dispatched we can not reschedule the delivery on a different address, customer will have to contact respected courier company for further actions or a solution.
Once the payment is received, the customer will be notified via email of order confirmation.
