At NEW LEATHER JACKET, we want you to love your jacket! If something isn’t perfect, we offer store credit or an exchange—no cash refunds. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
✅ Easy Returns & Exchanges (Within 14 Days)
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are only eligible for:
Store Credit (100% of item value, excluding shipping), or
Exchange for another item
No cash refunds are offered under any circumstances.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
For U.S. customers, returns are accepted via USPS only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store Credit Policy
Store credit is issued for the full value of the returned item (excluding shipping).
No restocking fee applies if you choose store credit.
Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Available upon request with a 25% restocking fee deducted from the product price.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14–40 business days (depending on your bank).
Choose Your Size Carefully
We process every order based on the size and color you select.
No returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color chosen by the customer.

When Returns Cannot Be Accepted
After 14 days from delivery.
If the item is worn, damaged, or missing original tags.
Custom-made or special orders (alterations available for $25–$60).
Condition Requirements
Original tags and labels must be intact.
If tags are missing but the jacket is unworn, we may provide store credit with a 50% deduction after inspection.
Always email us first for return approval before sending anything back.
Exchanges & Shipping
Exchange shipping costs: $50–$65, depending on your location.
Tip: Choosing store credit avoids extra shipping costs and lets you shop later.
Shipping & Insurance
All jackets are fully insured at no extra cost.
Orders ship from UAE, Pakistan or the USA.
